My Review:
This short story was terrifying. It had me on the edge of my seat and I tore through the pages very quickly. It has pretty much ensured that I will never go on a cruise. Well at least not anytime soon. This short story tells the tale of a cruise ship infested with zombies. I mean, can you really think of anything more terrifying?
The story starts off with Brenda waking up drunk from the night before. She is awoken by a little girl named Michelle in her cabin begging her for help. Apparently Michelle's mother is very sick. Brenda goes to Michelle's cabin with her and finds out that her mother has actually turned into a zombie. Brenda and Michelle end up racing through the crazy maze that is the cruise ship, running from zombies and trying to make their way to a lifeboat to escape the outbreak. I won't give away the ending, but I will say it was surprising.
The story is really well written and action packed. I thoroughly enjoyed it and it is a must read for any zombie or horror novel enthusiasts. Just be sure you don't read it the day before you leave for a cruise. Or, worse, on a cruise.
